UPDATE:
The deadline for the block of rooms has expired. Please make arrangement directly with the hotel OR you can book a room at any local Kansas City hotel through a site like Priceline.com, Hotels.com or Booking.com. Priceline has a last minute booking option that can save you some cash.

Check in August 7th, Check out August 10th.
Reservation Cut-off Date : July 21 st 2025 , after which rooms not reserved will be returned to general inventory. If reservations are still needed to be made after the cut-off date, rooms will be based on availability and hotel daily rate.
Note: Keep in mind that you do not have to stay at the reunion hotel if you can find cheaper accommodation.
